FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Kathmandu, Nepal

All completes an norm in Dhulikhel FIDE Arbiters' Seminar 
From 14 to 17 September 2009 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Dhulikhel, near from Kathmandu, Nepal, by the Nepal Chess Federation, under the auspices of the Asian Chess Federation and FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Casto Abundo (PHI), Deputy President of the Asian Chess Federation and Assistant was IA Dharmendra Kumar (IND).
17 men and women participated in the Seminar and in the examination test that was held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and got awarded one norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of 80th FIDE Congress 2009, 11-18 October 2009, Halkidiki, GREECE.
